**Care Manager - Northridge Aged Care (Toowoomba)**

We are looking for an experienced **Care Manager** to lead our dedicated clinical team at Northridge Aged Care, who is passionate about providing high-quality care to older people.. You’ll ensure residents receive exceptional person-centred care in line with quality and accreditation standards.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee and lead the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care.
- Manage care planning, medication management, and compliance.
- Mentor and guide nurses and care staff to build a strong, compassionate team.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to manage budgets and resources.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain accreditation standards.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- **AHPRA**-registered nurse qualification.
- Proven leadership experience in aged care.
- Strong knowledge of **Aged Care quality standards**, regulatory requirement and risk management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening.
- The ability to build effective relationships with residents, staff, and families
