It is a 12-month fixed term contract, with possible future opportunities.

This is a high impact role, and you would act as a business partner across business units, brands and agencies. You will use insights to influence actions across marketing communications and wider business to deliver successful campaigns.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of national and localised trade campaigns and projects which drives profitability, improvements in market share and/or brand health metrics.

You will demonstrate in depth understanding of customer segments that shop in store, online and through the field team, influencing behaviour and growing customer base.

The role is based out of Clayton; however, a substantial amount of domestic travel will be required as you engage with customers and colleagues throughout Australian states.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the strategy, design, development, and delivery of campaigns at key trading moments throughout the year, growing customer acquisition and engagement.
- Provide ongoing support of the trade planning process.
- Develop strategies and plans that help develop customer’s perception of Dulux Trade as a destination for Trade Painters
- Implement of market-leading collateral for the Trade brand to drive value in-store, through marketing channels and digitally.
- Lead agency partnerships and delivery of marketing communications programs
- Partner with Sales and Stores teams to ensure alignment across Trade Sales and Marketing on strategy

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in retail marketing or brand/product management
- Demonstrated experience in the managing and executing complex promotional campaigns in a fast-paced retail or trade environment.
- Strong experience working with agencies (Creative, Media, Research, Digital, Content & Design in preferable
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing on similar
- Ability to partner with and participate with cross-functional teams.
