- We are seeking to appoint a health profession educator who shares our passion in shaping and supporting Junior Medical Staff (JMS) learning. This role is focused in particular towards interns and HMOs.

Monash Doctors Education is a team consisting of education experts and high performing administrators who are passionate about education excellence and supporting others to be the best clinicians they can be.

**About the Role**

Working closely with the Monash Doctors Education Team and medical units, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing wellbeing support to JMS
- Designing and delivering workshops to meet the needs of JMS learners
- Designing and implementing learning support strategies for JMSs, under the guidance of senior team members

**About You**

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

- Appropriate nurse education or health profession qualifications (ED and Critical Care experience will be highly valued)
- Model high quality educational practice including teaching
- Demonstrated ability to support wellbeing of other health professionals
- Teaching characterised as engaging, relevant, interactive, innovative, supportive and effective
- Qualifications in Education highly desirable
