**About the Role**:
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for a diverse range of customers, including the general public and business representatives. You'll assist with a variety of inquiries, from providing general information and updating personal details to discussing account matters. Starting with entry-level calls, you'll have opportunities to advance to more complex tasks as you develop your skills and experience.

**Key Details**:

- Full-time positions available.
- Monday - Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8 am - 8 pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs).
- Must be an Australian citizen.

- ** Strong Multitasking Skills**: Capacity to juggle multiple tasks while actively listening to customers and responding to their inquiries promptly.
- ** Clear Verbal and Written Communication**: Excellent communication abilities, both verbally and in writing, to convey information clearly and effectively to customers.
- ** Eagerness to Learn**: Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge, staying updated on changes in process
- ** Meeting KPIs and Competencies**:Ability to meet output and quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and competencies, demonstrating consistent performance and dedication to excellence.
