Our Personal Injury Division is seeking a Learning and Development/User Experience (UX) Designer responsible for redesigning existing knowledge resources, such as Call Flow Guides, Process Guides, FAQs, QRGs, and System Simulations, to support the success of our team. In this role, you will consult with stakeholders, influence UX solutions, and develop digital knowledge resources in alignment with UX Design Principles.

**About the role**
- Reviewing a large number of existing resources, consulting with stakeholders, delivering solutions that simplify, reduce, streamline processes, and/ or increase usability/ suitability of resources.
- Utilising contemporary UX Design principles and techniques to develop resources accessible ‘in the flow of work’ and user-centric that enable our ‘just in time’ learning culture.
- Balancing the UX, innovation, speed, accuracy, and commerciality to provide ‘fit for purpose’ solutions on a large number of existing business resources.
- Quickly rewriting documents with a high level of grammatical and technical accuracy, ensuring they are in plain English, easy to navigate and formatted in-line with company style guide.
- Using MO SharePoint to manage review and sign off resources throughout the project, and delivering solutions aligned to internal employee needs.

**About you**
- Proven track record in delivering UX Design for business documents and resources.
- Advanced skills in Technical Writing and/or rewriting large number of resources with speed and accuracy.
- Advanced level experience using Microsoft Office 365, specifically word, excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional to develop UX Designed business resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders, interpret, and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights, influence outcomes, and translate intent into best-practice UX solutions.
- Experience developing digital resources such as System Simulations and video demonstrations using video editing software such as MO Stream, Clip Champ, Articulate or Captivate.
- Experience managing a high volume of resources in MO SharePoint, demonstrating excellent file organisational skills and workflow management across multiple stakeholders.
