Home Assistant/Nanny/PA for family located in Geelong - HANM

We are looking for someone who is looking to step into a dynamic and varied role working within a family/residential environment to ensure the smooth running of their home/s, cars, cleaners, pets and events. They also spend some weekends at an amazing rural property north of Melbourne, together with an amazing holiday home in Far North Qld. As such you will be required to travel to these locations prior and after the family’s visits.

You will work closely with the family’s Executive Assistant who understands their needs and will mentor you into becoming an essential part of this family’s lives.

Duties will include but not limited to the below:
Arranging cleaners and other trades persons to attend to the residence as required;
Ensuring all homes are provisioned prior to family’s arrival, such as food, pantry and other essential household items, toys and games, etc;
Assist in the co-ordination of events, birthdays, playdates and sports for the children;
Organise the cleaners and other household staff ensuring high levels are maintained;
Be responsible for cleaning/servicing of family vehicles;
Care for family pets including booking kennels and vet visits as needed;
The person we are looking for will have the following skills and attributes:
Diary management skills;
Strong administrative and computer skills;
Be able to take instruction and carry out duties as required;
Be able to meet deadlines as required;
Be confident when conversing with other staff and trades persons;
Be a confident driver with full/clean drivers license;
Must be fully COVID Vaccinated;
Written references;
Police Check;
Working With Children Check;
Own car and license;
Hours: Monday to Friday - full-time with occasional weekend support

**Salary**: An attractive salary package circa $70,000 - $75,000 including leave and superannuation, depending on experience.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
