**The Opportunity**

As the E&I Supervisor you will lead blue-collar operations and maintenance, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient project delivery. You'll manage HV, LV, and ELV systems, oversee workforce training, and ensure all activities align with safety and quality standards. Drive progress by supporting sub-contractors, developing work packs, and facilitating projects.

In this role, you will undertake the following duties:

- Lead and manage the project workforce to meet KENT's goals.
- Ensure all activities follow KENT policies and standards.
- Oversee HV, LV, ELV, and communication installations.
- Ensure the team is trained, qualified, and compliant with mandatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing work packs and plans for construction and completion.
- Help plan ahead and support sub-contractors.
- Manage quality control and ensure work is on schedule.
- Ensure drawings, materials, and tools are available for the job.
- Develop daily and weekly work plans.
- Ensure adherence to the latest project drawings, schedules, and procedures.
- Lead pre-start meetings with the crew and conduct safety inspections.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and site regulations.
- Assist with creating work methods and safety assessments.

**What are we looking for**:

- Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) degree preferred
- Hazardous Areas (HA) Electrical Certificate, Queensland Electrical License required
- Experience in risk assessments, SWMS, and Permit to Work processes
- Technical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
- ME&I background is a plus
- Strong leadership and HSE management
- Supervision of multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Familiar with project completions and handover
- Experience in shutdown coordination
