The Fleet Allocator's primary responsibilities is to efficiently and safely manage the Sydney Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) fleet.
- Plan and organise pick ups and deliveries
- Coordinate the distribution of customer products in a timely, effective and efficient manner
- Allocation of drivers for scheduled pick ups
- Accurate completion of daily shipment reporting
- Effectively utilises equipment and facilities to ensure the most efficient and cost effective operation
- Anticipates and satisfactorily resolves all problems and issues regarding equipment and staff
- Ensure customers KPI's are met when planning freight
- Ensure all drivers, staff and contractors are compliant with safety and legislative requirements
- Reports all Incidents, Near Misses and Hazards immediately to NSW Transport Manager and complete the incident report details
- Daily updates of the DNDO and DNDI screens to reflect the positions of sales orders

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience leading teams

**Desireable**
- Certificate IV - Business Management / Leadership
- Previous experience & knowledge of interstate transport, warehouse and rail transport industries
- Experience using SAP
