Mitolo Family Farms are recruiting production workers for our two sites located in South Australia
- Angle Vale Road, Virginia
- Taylors Road, Penfield Gardens
AM shifts from 5am and PM shifts from 2pm Monday to Friday (finish times can vary) on a 3-week rotating roster.
Base hourly rate for Level 1 is $22.69 with 15% loading for PM shifts, and all leave entitlements.
The positions on offer are permanent part time, they are hands-on roles and will suit fit energetic persons looking for a secure position.
**As a Grader** - you will be fully trained in product knowledge and be responsible for the final grade and inspection of our potatoes and onions. This job requires you to stand for long periods of time at grading tables inspecting and grading product to ensure our produce is of high quality before reaching our customers.
**As a Labourer** - you will be fully trained in product handling and be responsible for the packing and stacking of packaged potatoes and onions. This job requires you to lift between 2kg and 20kg bags of product and ensure our product is packed and stacked correctly and without damage.
**To be considered for these positions you will ideally have the following**:
- be able to stay back at short notice
- be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- be hard working and highly reliable
- have good communication skills
- enjoy working in a results-orientated team environment
- be a team player who enjoys repetitive tasks and has great attention to detail
Please note there is no public transport available, so you will need to have access to reliable transport to enable you to attend all rostered shifts.

We also supply our produce to the international market.
