We are actively seeking reliable and experienced **End of Build Cleaners** to join our growing team, servicing **Sydney's Eastern and Southern Suburbs.**You will be responsible for managing and ensuring high quality service is delivered.

**Your duties will include, however will not be limited to;**
- Mixing and handling chemicals
- Completing cleaning checklists
- Sanitisation and Disinfection
- removing debris, dust, and construction residue
- cleaning and polishing surfaces
- Floor Care and Carpet Cleaning
- Window and Glass Cleaning
- Both internally **AND** externally
- Exterior cleaning of debris from gardens and power washing exterior walls
- Removing tape, labels, and plastic coverings on windows, fixtures, etc
- Liaising with internal management team
- Utilising software system
- Customer facing

**To be successful you must have the following**:

- Strong communications skills both verbal and written **(MUST)**:

- Comfortable utilising technology **(MUST)**:

- Previous end of Build Clean Experience **(MUST)**:

- Own reliable transport & equipment **(MUST)**:

- High attention to detail
- Ability to commit to ongoing work Monday
- Saturday
- Ability to lift up to 15kgs
- Work rights within Australia
- Able to complete and pass National Police Check

**Job Types**: Fixed term, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $40.00 per hour
