**ABOUT THE ROLE**

You will be based at Brisbane Airport and will be responsible for the overall look and feel of the visual presentation of the Lotte Duty Free Airport Operation. As a member of the marketing team there is responsibility to put forward creative ideas on ways to improve our business.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Responsible for your assigned Lotte Duty Free Duty Free Airport Store.
- Implementation and maintenance of all in-store displays for stores of responsibility - includes major promotions, product launches and GWP activity.
- Ensure rotational changes are made to static displays in store on a monthly basis as per marketing calendar.
- Installation and maintenance of all in-store transparencies.
- Be aware of and put forward plans and / or suggestions on areas we can improve on in store.
- Ensure your stock requirements, display materials and signage have been ordered for your displays with the relevant people in a timely manner.
- Review and advice on store fixtures and fittings ensuring they are all consistent.
- Design of store displays to compliment the promotion concepts and signage.
- Maintenance of POS ticketing folder.
- Maintain overall presentation of all categories in stores.
- Communication of all Marketing initiatives to the appropriate airport personnel.
- Liaising with Marketing Department, Buying and Merchandising Department & external suppliers.
- Any such other duties that the employer may from time-to-time require.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Successful implementation and maintenance of all promotions and in-store displays.
- Successful communication of marketing initiatives to the relevant personnel.
- Ensure all in-store merchandising meets/exceeds Lotte Duty Free’s retail standards.
- Maintenance of marketing fixtures and fittings and organisation of display props.
- To be aware of any areas that need improvement and bring them to the attention of the General Manager and Category Managers.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Proven Creativity within previous roles as a Visual Merchandiser
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work independently when required
- Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication
- High level of attention to detail

**DESIRABLE**
- Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve complex problems
- A good understanding of retail processes including marketing, store operations and visual merchandising
