**Key Requirements**:

- Clinical knowledge and experience
- Cultural competency in caring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes
- Positive Blue Card (working with children and young people) or ability to acquire one quickly
- Double COVID vaccination certificate

**Must have**:

- **Certificate III in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care OR relevant healthcare qualifications**:

- Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities
