Our 82-place service offers architecturally designed indoor and outdoor spaces, including sandpits, climbing equipment, a water play area, and natural logs for balance play. Our expertly designed Preschool room supports children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, encouraging exploration and growth.

Your Role:
As an Educational Leader, you will:
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with families, children, colleagues, and the broader community.- Ensure compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to maintain best practices.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).- Certifications: Current and valid Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Skills: Comprehensive understanding of the EYLF and NQS, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated capacity for ongoing professional learning.
Desirable Attributes:
- Proven track record as an effective leader or mentor in early childhood settings.- Ability to ensure all children have equitable access to learning opportunities, catering to diverse needs.- Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for documentation, communication, and planning.
