**About the Opportunity**
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Planer and Spare Coordinator to manage and control the spares and consumables within Maintenance, as well as assist with project co-ordination across the department
More Specifically you will:
- Ensure the efficiency and integrity of the purchasing and inventory system(s) within Maintenance
- Scheduling of corrective and preventative maintenance
- Manage the store for all stocked and consumable items within the Maintenance department
- Source all required items to complete relevant works across the site, in a timely manner
- Utilise EAM to ensure the accurate allocation and tracking of all inventoried items
- Co-ordinate relevant Maintenance projects to ensure optimum service levels
- Maintain vendor and contractor relationships in line with site requirements
- Ensure Contractor Management policies and procedures are followed
- Assist with the monitoring and compliance of all site registers
- Analyse and report on broad quality and cost requirements to deliver against key KPIs
- Participation in continuous improvement initiatives using Manufacturing Excellence principles
- Provide support to all Maintenance personnel in relation to inventory and stores management
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in Maintenance Planning within a manufacturing environment
- An understanding of ERP systems and stores management
- An understanding of Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate Excel experience
- A safety first mindset with ability to demonstrate safe behaviours in the workplace
- Ability to work with integrity, display initiative and be a reliable team player
- A positive attitude with ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer focused mindset
