An opportunity to join our fast-paced IT team, based here in Port Melbourne has arisen on a 12-month contract with a view to extend. You will support our team who are geographically dispersed across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore with a diverse range of IT issues.

You might be faced with simple desktop trouble shooting, supporting new starters by preparing the right hardware, through to assist with the roll out of new global IT systems. You'll manage staff IT issues through a ticketing system, as part of a busy and cohesive helpdesk team.

We would love to hear from you if you have solid experience working in a busy IT helpdesk. You'll enjoy helping people and will display a natural curiosity, which will enable you to uncover the root cause of an issue. Your communication skills, patience and team orientation are of equal importance to your technical expertise. You will have proven experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, imaging and configuration of laptops, desktops & mobile devices and ticketing systems.
