**Who You Are & What You’ll Do**:
The Production Department is the engine room within Shootsta. It is directly in control of client satisfaction and ultimately company success.

The role exists to edit client videos of course, but it’s so much more than just that

Video editors are Storytellers. Image crafters. Mood setters. We expect our editors to _do what you do best_ on every project, they work on. As a Video Editor, you’re responsible for telling a client’s story the best way you can, given the brief and content to work with. And, you can leverage the creative inspiration from the team all over the world as you’ll also be collaborating with some of the best talents (and humans) around-true story

In the Production Department, you’ll work as part of a Global Team Structure but mostly support our APAC customers.

**What You Will Focus On**:

- Editing of client videos within the turnaround time of 24-48 hours
- Editing of internal company content including social, sales, training videos, etc
- Managing your edit projects end-to-end including liaising with clients
- Providing feedback to clients to progress their content quality
- Collaborating with your edit team to share knowledge
- Supporting the Edit team with regards to your specific skills
- Utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite of tools to achieve the above

**What you bring**:

- You are passionate about storytelling through video
- You work well under pressure (oh, the pressure is real but fun)
- You have 2+ years in video production/editing
- You are, at minimum, highly proficient in the Adobe Suite of products
- You are proactive, ambitious and goal-oriented
- You are keen to test your limits and grow

- You possess the ability to prioritize tasks based on requirements
