Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and efficiency in vendor-supplied services? We're seeking a dynamic **Vendor Controller** to join our Perth Precinct branch and take charge of managing vendor completed scopes of work and supplied items.

As a Vendor Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the safe installation, timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality assurance of vendor works. Your responsibilities will include managing delivery dates, scrutinizing itemised quotes, authorising purchase orders, and ensuring seamless receipting of goods and services.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally. You'll provide essential support to our customers, vendors, planners, and execution teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

**Location**: Perth Precinct, WA

**Roster**:5 Days 2 Off - 10.5hrs**(9 month fixed-term)

**Experience we find successful in this role**:

- Trade certificate with post-trade experience preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated highly developed customer service skills, recognizing the significance of effective Customer Management.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing fluctuating workloads and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Highly developed communication skills encompassing interpersonal, written, and verbal proficiency.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills, capable of establishing and maintaining successful working relationships.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, with the ability to quickly absorb technical information.
- Intermediate computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, enabling effective resolution of workplace issues and customer disputes.
