**About the Company**:
Our client is a global brand with almost 400 stores worldwide, with over 60 years of trading. They are a 24hr Duty Free environment that caters to all your travel purchase needs, and pride themselves on exceeding customer expectations with their service approach and their prestigious product selection.

**You will Have**:

- Previous sales experience in a retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to manage a high level of stock turn and transactions
- Be an adaptable retailer with a positive and people driven attitude.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident to work with a diverse customer group
- Hold a RSA certificate (or obtain one for yourself)
- Openness to a wide range of shifts - early morning or afternoons or overnight - endless options

**The Job Role**:
Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will work alongside a large team delivering excellent service across peak trade periods. Your role will include working with a wide range of products found in the best duty free environment - beauty, fragrance, accessories, liquor etc. Day to day your position will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, point of sale and striving to achieve set KPI's. Upholding the image of the company and being passionate about high quality customer service is the key to success in this role.
