Are you passionate about **Exceptional Customer Service,**being the first point of engagement for all our members and visitors that attend our 5 Star quality club and enjoy working in a supportive, dynamic and fun environment?

**About the Role**

In this role you will be responsible for leading the Reception team, workforce planning to meet and exceed service levels, follow systems and processes to ensure consistency, training and on-boarding of new team members, and promoting a culture of high quality service and employee engagement.

The hours for this role will vary across Monday-Sunday and we do have the ability to be flexible and support each other given that the team is made up of both permanent and casual employees.

**Your Experience**
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading a team including workforce planning and rostering
- You will take on reception shifts throughout the week
- Having a courteous and friendly manner
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Highly developed customer relations and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- The ability to build rapport with members and internal staff
- A calm and friendly disposition, while working under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- First Aid Certificate - desirable
