TFNSW - Surveillance Officer ROADS PROJECT

**Your new company**
You will be joining TfNSW on a leading Roads Project

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for mentoring a team of 2 Surveillance Officers,
- Extensive experience with technologies, practices and processes of civil construction and maintenance works in a highly specialized field relevant to Agency works.
- Demonstrated ability to source, analyse, interpret and contribute to project, construction and contract documentation in a complex, specialized field.
- Extensive experience in best-practice record keeping and document management in a construction or maintenance environment.
- Advanced interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills and a proven ability to foster positive, collaborative and constructive relationships in a construction and/ or maintenance environment.
- Proven planning and organisational skills with a well-developed capacity to work under and manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Construct Only Experience, Q6, GC21, B80 spec knowledge, TFNSW System Experience, leadership and people skills and strong communication skills, open to work occasional weekends and nightworks

**What you'll get in return**
You will have the opportunity to join TFNSW on a 12 month or 4 month contract as there are two roles, The contract could potentially extend, you will be part of a fast paced and ambitious tea.
