Hey Cocktail Connoisseurs Mary Mae's, Brisbane Powerhouse at New Farm, is on the hunt for a top-notch Cocktail Bartender/Supervisor.

If you've got the skills, the fire, and the availability, raise your hand We're dishing out 30+ hours.

Perks? You bet We've got a consistent weekly schedule, L3 award rates, a cool 50% staff discount, free meals, killer river views, all minus the crazy late nights.

Your mission, should you choose to accept: running the show. Think ordering of dry store essentials, fruit, prepping like a pro, and keeping our cocktail menu fresh, updating it 2-3 times a year. Oh, and COGS as well. Weekends and public holidays? You've gotta be game for those too.
