C-Suite Partners are very privileged to be working with one of the country's leading private healthcare providers to appoint a new Group Chief Financial Officer based out of either New South Wales or Queensland.

The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a core member of the leadership team and is a key strategic adviser to the CEO and Board on all commercial and financial matters relating to the Australian business. With 16 private hospitals and community services in Australia’s major cities and key regional areas, the Group CFO will assist the CEO in pursing strategic growth and delivery of the plan across the business, and provide leadership, direction and management of the core finance functions. In addition, the Group CFO will manage and oversee the company's banking and borrowing arrangements and relationships with external consultants and analysts.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous executive experience in a CFO position in large complex organisations
- Previous ASX listed experience
- Demonstrated experience in advanced Debt Management and capitalisation
- Significant knowledge of the Australian healthcare market
- Highly developed business and commercial acumen
- Innovative in commercial strategy and execution
- Energy and agility to drive the strategic agenda through a significant change period
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills with a strong drive for results
- Demonstrated experience in managing strong relationships with Banks, investors, key stakeholders
- Broad depth of functional expertise in Finance and Commerce
- Ability to meet key leadership success criteria
- Ability to operate collaboratively within a dynamic executive team
- This role will require travel between New South Wales and Queensland on a regular basis

**Background & Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- CA/CPA Qualifications, desirable
- Background in healthcare is highly desirable
