**Salary range $74,799 - $82,811 per annum plus statutory super**
**We're looking for two ongoing Teacher Engagement and Registration Officers and one 2-year fixed-term Teacher Engagement and Registration Officer to join our team.**

**About the role**
Contact centre work may be undertaken under a scheduled roster model.
Key accountabilities include:
- identifying and proposing workable solutions to problems
- initiating improvements to process delivery in the Branch
- effectively utilising existing systems to capture and record registration activities, and contribute to the development of VIT business systems.

- demonstrated problem solving skills, underpinned by sound analytical capability
- demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships
- able to demonstrate flexibility, resilience and a strong attention to detail
- experience in a high-volume customer service environment would be highly regarded
