The Blacksmith Bar - located in the heart of Swan Street Richmond, is an intimate cocktail bar and a haven for cocktail lovers. The venue trades 7 nights per week, Fridays and Saturdays until 3am.

Our team’s commitment to pushing creative boundaries is evident in every drink served, and we pride ourselves on offering quality service, and leaning into our expertise of weird and wonderful spirits and ingredients to craft seasonal cocktail menus, each better than the next.

We are seeing a full-time cocktail bartender to join our experienced team, who all share your passion for hospitality and mixology. Your creative ideas will have a home at The Blacksmith Bar, and no idea is too big or too brave.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Lives and breathes mixology, or perhaps your passion lies with something specific such as Whisky or Gin
- Is eager to showcase their flair and creativity behind the bar
- Wants to showcase their personality and passion for hospitality in a supportive, creative environment
- Brings their creativity and innovative ideas on board, and is always up to date with industry trends and ideas

The Blacksmith Bar is one of three venue’s that forms Pratt Hospitality Group. The wider team has decades and decades of joint experience in the hospitality industry, and each member of the team has expertise you can draw from.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
