Farro is excited to announce a new space in our growing family of restaurants and we are seeking dedicated Front of House members for our new Richmond restaurant.

Farro, is an Organic spelt Sourdough Pizzeria with locations in Hawthorn, Windsor, Thornbury, Fitzroy, Caulfield North soon also Richmond. Farro believes in their guests making a conscious choice with what they eat. Farro is so much more than just quality & nutritious food; it’s an experience - made up of great ambiance and of course, brilliant guest service. Farro Richmond will open daily for dinner service, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Greeting and serving guests in a professional, warm, friendly, and genuine manner
- Preparing and serving food & drinks
- Helping guests with menu recommendation
- Taking orders using POS system

**About You**
- Current RSA required
- Ideally you have mastered a 3-plate carry
- No cocktail knowledge required, but fabulous if you have it
- If you can pour a beer, make a coffee, and banter with the locals you’ll fit right in
- Prior restaurant experience
- Excellent guests service skills and ability to make recommendations from the menu
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods whilst maintaining a positive attitude
- Able to effectively communicate to guests and team members
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude

**Please note that Farro Richmond does not open until the end of June. Therefore, we will train you in Farro Hawthorn.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
