**The role -**

As a Home Care Support Worker, your role will be to provide the best possible care by providing our clients with support, including:

- Personal Care: Showering, dressing, grooming
- Domestic Assistance: meal preparation, light cleaning
- Community access: shopping, appointments, gym program, social activities

**Essential Criteria**

For this role, you will need the following:

- Certificate in Aged Care and/or Disability / Individual support - completed / enrolled or equivalent
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- NDIS worker’s screen clearance or prepared to obtain
- Relevant industry experience / 120 hours of placement (palliative care/ dementia care/ help with transferring clients/ use of hoist) or equivalent and a genuine need to care and make a difference in people's lives.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $55.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doncaster VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
