As a Module Fabrication Technician, you'll be instrumental in pioneering the development and fabrication of state-of-the-art solar panels, contributing directly to our mission of advancing sustainable energy solutions.

**You will focus on**:

- Spearheading the fabrication of solar modules alongside our talented production team.
- Establishing and optimizing a robust quality management systems (QMS).
- Operating cutting-edge commercial and lab-scale fabrication and testing equipment.
- Managing materials, inventory, and procurement processes alongside our Procurement & logistics Officer.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our module production processes.

**We would love you to have**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for identifying imperfections.
- Proficiency in delicate handling and a resilient approach to challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills with a proactive mindset for suggesting improvements.
- Experience with building and assembly, soldering, and caulking gun techniques would be highly advantageous.
