**About the Role**:
With the flexibility to create a working week around your lifestyle, we are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Officer to provide high-level secretarial and administrative assistance for the Newcastle Refugee Health Service. This role is 4 days per week (32 hours) with Monday and Tuesday being essential. You can choose the other two days to suit you

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage administrative tasks and prioritise workflow to ensure the timely completion of activities and projects for the Newcastle Refugee Health Service.
- Maintain the records management system.
- Coordinate and provide secretarial support for meetings and committees.
- Assist the Service Manager and Health Care Interpreter Service Manager in preparing reports, documents, and complex correspondence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills. To be successful in this role, you would ideally have:

- Proven experience in providing efficient administrative, secretarial, and clerical support.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use initiative, discretion, and judgment in a flexible, creative manner.
