AIATSIS seeks information about Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) solutions to support the effective management of its digital collections.

This RFI has been prepared and released by AIATSIS for the sole purpose of obtaining information in connection with a Digital Asset Management System solution. It is not a procurement, does not form part of any Commonwealth procurement process, and does not signal that any future Commonwealth Procurement Process will necessarily be undertaken.

AIATSIS also seeks information about possible Collection Management System (CMS) solutions to support the management of its archival collections (RFI-01774). Vendors are invited to provide details of integrated CMS/DAMS solutions, as appropriate.

Respondents are under no obligation to respond and any response that is provided is submitted on a voluntary basis. AIATSIS will not be liable for fees or expenses connected with a response.

Vendors are also invited to provide details of integrated front-end user interface.

The Request for Information responses will be evaluated against the statement of requirements. Selected vendors may be asked to provide further information during the evaluation process.

Respondents are under no obligation to respond and any response that is provided is submitted on a voluntary basis. AIATSIS will not be liable for fees or expenses connected with a response. Respondents should be aware that AIATSIS may use responses to this RFI for capability development and/or procurement planning purposes, including to:

- assist the Institute to identify, refine and cost capability options;
- develop any aspect of a future sourcing strategy; and
- inform the preparation of any future capability development and/or approach to market documentation.

1. Written response outlining how the proposed solution meets the high-level requirements

**Desirable criteria**

1. A product demonstration

2. Written response to vendor questions

3. Indicative costs for solution, including configuration, implementation and any ongoing costs (e.g. licence fees)
