**About the role**:
As a Clinical Care Manager, you will be responsible and mentor the clinical team, care staff, allied health and therapy services working alongside the Residential Manager to provide the highest, quality, and person-centred care within the legislative requirements and professional standards.

You should have the ability to leverage resources and systems in place to succeed. A clinical and customer focus with strong internal and external relationships management to implement governance and companies' lifestyle programs.

Having a strong understanding of the industry standards and clinical knowledge to ensure all staff are mentored and educated on a daily standards. As the business grows, the Clinical Care Manager will continue to evolve as well.

**Summary of duties**:

- Mentor and provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff.
- Continuous improvement approach across the home.
- Prepare and participate in the accreditation process.
- Accurate and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Infection, risk, and compliance control against the legislated requirements.

**Skills and experience**:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse, Division 1 (mandatory).
- Accreditation knowledge and exposure.
- 3 - 5 years leadership and management experience.
- Understanding and working knowledge of funding (ACFI, AN-ACC).
- Current police check.
