We're on the hunt for friendly, motivated individuals to join our team as casual/part-time servers at **Yield Café**. If you have a passion for great coffee, delicious food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we want to meet you

What You’ll Do:

- Provide excellent customer service to our wonderful guests
- Take orders and serve food & drinks with a smile
- Help keep our cafe space clean, organized, and welcoming
- Work alongside a talented, friendly team in a positive environment
- Be a part of the Yield community where good vibes and good coffee come together

What We’re Looking For:

- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Reliability and a strong work ethic (ability to work flexible hours)
- Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
- Must be a team player with a love for working in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
