We are seeking an experienced gardener to join our team based on the Sunshine Coast.

Our business provides a range of property services to a multitude of clients such as shopping precincts, body Corporate Estates, gated communities, high rise buildings and residential properties.

The role will be a gardening position based in Peregian Springs, but may be required in other areas of the sunshine coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining public/private green spaces to a high standard including:

- Hedging/Pruning of various plant species
- Operation of zero turn and self propelled push mowers
- Brushcutting/edging. (experience with 90 degree edges is preferred)
- Weed control/Hand weeding

Qualifications/Skills
- Experience in a similar role is a must
- Drivers licence
- ADCD (not required but preferred)
- Nationally recognised horticulture qualification preferred
- Chainsaw licence (not required but preferred)
- Experience operating zero turn mowers
- Operating of 2 stroke petrol powered hand tools (brushcutters, blowers, hedgers, polesaws etc.)

The role has a 3 month trial period in which the employee will be paid on a casual basis. Once the trial is completed a full time position will be offered. We also offer upskill opportunities such as mature age/full salary apprenticeships.

**Salary**: $22.94 - $28.00 per hour
