**How will I help?**

As the Innovation Product Owner, you will be responsible for delivering value to the business and its customers through innovation.
- Key Responsibilities Include: _
- Acting as the voice of the customer through strategy, ideation, and delivery of initiatives, liaising across the business to drive outcomes aligned to customer and business value
- Leading through effective prioritization and management of backlogs and defining mínimal viable product per initiative
- Owning the backlog and story creation including clarifying and refining epic benefits as confidence increases through innovation delivery
- Developing use case roadmap in collaboration with digital teams and LOBs to enable further ROI on initiation innovation spend scale and embed
- Effectively manage risk throughout initiative lifecycle, and have a thorough understanding of customer needs including regulatory, risk and IT security

**What do I need?**
- 5 years’ experience in Digital delivery, product, marketing, business development or related roles in a large corporate environment
- Experience in managing multiple projects through the entire lifecycle, with fast paced agile delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence with confidence at all levels of the organisation
- Collaborate, contribute, and create effective teamwork in a constantly changing environment
- Identifying potential risks and planning appropriate mitigation strategies, across interdependent plans
- Ability to develop, plan and organise team activities to achieve agreed outcomes,
- Demonstrate the ability to coach and lead collaborative work practices across both direct and indirect reports; role model collaborative techniques in large workshops to drive outcomes
- Demonstrate the ability to coach individuals and groups to demonstrate personal accountability for both outcomes and corrective actions where obligations have not been met
