Are you organised, proactive, and great at building supplier relationships?
Join Concept Labs as our new Purchasing Officer and play a key role in keeping our production running smoothly and on schedule

**Your Role will include**:

- Ordering raw materials, packaging, and production supplies
- Monitoring stock levels and tracking deliveries
- Liaising with suppliers to manage lead times and resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation
- Working closely with Production and Laboratory teams to meet inventory needs
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has experience in purchasing or supply chain coordination
- Is confident working with inventory and ERP systems
- Communicates clearly and builds strong supplier relationships
- Is detail-oriented, reliable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can juggle priorities and keep cool under pressure

**Casual / Part-Time Position** | Monday-Thursday (flexible working hours)

**Location**: Sunshine Coast | Premier Circuit, Warana

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $54,423.96 - $91,016.01 per year
