Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver expert-level clipper and scissor cuts for all hair types and styles
- Perform beard trims, lineups, and hot towel shaves with precision and care
- Style hair to client specifications using professional techniques and products
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation at all times
- Manage appointment times efficiently to ensure punctual service
- Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere
- Upsell products and services where appropriate

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6months’ experience in a professional barbershop or salon environment
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Expert clipper and scissor cutting skills
- Advanced styling and beard grooming techniques
- Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, polished appearance with a professional attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
