Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert-level clipper and scissor cuts for all hair types and styles
• Perform beard trims, lineups, and hot towel shaves with precision and care
• Style hair to client specifications using professional techniques and products
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation at all times
• Manage appointment times efficiently to ensure punctual service
• Provide excellent customer service to build strong client relationships
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere
• Upsell products and services where appropriate

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6months' experience in a professional barbershop or salon environment
• Strong time management and punctuality
• Expert clipper and scissor cutting skills
• Advanced styling and beard grooming techniques
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed, polished appearance with a professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded):

• Hair colouring and bleaching techniques
• Hair and scalp treatments
• Facial waxing and grooming services
