- **Honest and Supportive**: Integrity and a caring approach to customer service are essential.
- **Experienced**: You have over 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within the retail industry.
- **Skilled**: You have experience in taking, processing, and tracking orders while providing direct customer support.
**The Role**: This hands-on position includes, but is not limited to:
- Handling customer inquiries regarding our product range, benefits, and ingredients.
- Assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Engaging in sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- Unpacking stock deliveries, pricing, and organizing products on shelves.
- Maintaining cleanliness and merchandising standards.
- Supporting the stock take process.
