**More about what you'll do**

Working within a fast-paced environment, you will be reporting to our Production and Design Team Leader to deliver robust support levels to the team through production process efficiency and supplier relationship management.

Key responsibilities include the following:

- Complete purchase order management from placement through to delivery
- Ensure orders align with agreed production timelines, delivery expectations and comply with product and branding requirements
- Act as initial point of contact for the Production and Design Group to manage relevant requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with Account Management Group involving artworks, production timelines, samples and delivery
- Liaise with warehouses nationally to adhere with timely completion of tasks
- Engage with suppliers to maintain beneficial trade relationships
- Maintain data accuracy for efficient order status tracking and timely order invoicing
- Provide support to the Production and Design Team Leader on ad hoc projects

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Print & Promotional Products or related industries
- Sound understanding of sourcing and procurement
- Intermediate Excel skills and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- High attention to detail with the ability to think proactively
- Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines
- Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels
- High problem-solving proficiency
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain and Logistics, or related disciplines highly regarded
