**About our opportunity**

We have an exciting **new opportunity** for a Community Leasing Officer to join our team at Strathpine

In this administrative role, you will oversee land tenure arrangements between Council and various not-for-profit community, sporting and recreational organisations across the city.

A key part of your role will include collaboration with community organisations to facilitate the preparation, review and ongoing management of land tenure arrangements to ensure sustainable and effective utilisation of community facilities.

As the primary point of contact, you will provide advice and guidance on land tenure matters to ensure policy and legislative compliance.

Your well-developed time management skills will be crucial in monitoring the performance of tenure arrangements and managing competing priorities are you up for the challenge?
