**About the role**

This is a great opportunity to join the remuneration team at Reece, where your focus will be a mix of business as usual activities along with some interesting project and transformation work across our operations space. Your role will be critical in helping us deliver frameworks that attract, retain and motivate great talent.

The position could be part time 4 day week or full time 5 day week.

**About you**

You’ll have previous experience working in a remuneration focused role and will have demonstrated strong analytical skills. Ideally you will have worked with the review, design and delivery of incentive and reward schemes. Part of your role will include managing job evaluations so a good understanding of job design and salary survey benchmarking will be required, along with experience making remuneration recommendations. Experience with Mercer benchmarking tools will be highly regarded but is not essential.
