Early Childhood Educator

Your role will be to lead and support a team of enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators at The Beach Early Learning Centre Wyong, as well as liaising with the Director with regard to operational decisions.
Our Centre is part of the Beach Early Learning Centres group that aim to positively impact the lifelong outcomes of children.
We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that promotes the safeguarding of all children. This includes acting ethically towards children and encouraging a culture where the prevention and reporting of inappropriate behaviour and abuse is supported and encouraged. All staff and visitors are responsible for promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children.

The hourly rate is plus annual leave loading.
