Opportunities on offer for motivated individuals with mental health experience to support a female participant to actively participate within their community and home life. We are currently looking for people in Essendon to join our dynamic and friendly Disability Support team.

Working as part of the Disability support Team provides you with the opportunity to support individuals with all areas of their life, from participation in recreational and social activities to assistance with their day to day living. Shifts vary anywhere from 6 hours to 10 hours in duration. Must be available for active night shifts.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
Clear and effective communications skills (both written and verbal)
Attention to detail and accuracy in record management

Availability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, evening and weekends
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.

Evidence of eligibility to work within Australia
A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A current Australian driver’s licence
Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance prior to your commencement.

**Salary**: $33.00 - $75.00 per hour
