Wait Staff

Position: Experienced Wait Staff

We are looking for professional wait staff with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As an experienced waiter, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing tables efficiently, and upholding the high standards of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, guide them through the menu, take accurate orders, and address any inquiries or special requests.
- Order Management: Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff and coordinate timing for a seamless service flow.
- Table Maintenance: Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and properly organized at all times. Reset tables promptly for new guests.
- Food and Beverage Knowledge: Provide informed recommendations to guests and have a thorough understanding of menu items, including specials, ingredients, and allergens.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell drinks, entrees or dessert options to enhance the dining experience.
- Billing and Payments: Handle payments accurately, provide receipts, and manage cash or card transactions efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other waitstaff, kitchen, and bar staff to maintain a smooth workflow and create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waiter or server in a high-paced dining environment.
- Must have a Responsible Serve Of Alcohol Certificat.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized, even under pressure.
- Training will be given for Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- We offer full training.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
