**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their experience with us is smooth, welcoming, and professional. Your key tasks will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
- Answering inquiries in person or over the phone and directing them appropriately
- Optimizing patient satisfaction and specialist efficiency by managing appointment schedules
- Supporting specialists with administrative tasks, including obtaining pathology/radiology results
- Maintaining a calm and welcoming reception area, anticipating and addressing patient needs
- Ensuring patient accounts are accurate and up-to-date with personal and financial details
- Responding to emergencies and providing comfort to patients in distress
- Upholding strict **confidentiality** for all medical, personal, and financial information
- Adhering to practice policies and procedures while suggesting improvements where needed
