Reporting directly to the Deals Desk Manager, the Deals Desk Analyst role is responsible for administering the technology spend process & management of the deal registration process for NTT ANZ. The primary objective is to ensure that all possible opportunities are deal registered, ensuring we are best positioned to win the business and that margins are optimised.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**

GENERAL - Problem identification and resolution - ensure appropriate level of investigation is performed or escalate to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. - Manage and contribute in regular and ad hoc Team meetings - Provide training and guidance to any existing Team members or new Team members when necessary - Document key procedures and processes and store centrally for use as Training collateral including Skills Matrix, Deal Reg Knowledge Library and Battlecard
