**About the School**

Maitland Christian School is a growing School of 700+ students from Prep to year 12. With a newly released strategic plan for the next 5 years and a master plan to see our School launch into the next decade, we are looking for staff to join the team who are excited for the future.

**About the role**

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Christian IT professionals for the position of IT Service Delivery Leader. This is a full-time equivalent role commencing as soon as practicable. You will work as part of a collaborative and high-performing IT team led by our IT Manager.

**Skills and experience**
- Good understanding of complex IT infrastructure and systems
deployed at the school.
- An ability to prioritize a large variety of tasks (sometimes
conflicting) for yourself and for other members of the IT team.
- Experience in a similar role in a school environment would be an
obvious advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
- A willingness to undertake internal and/or external training and
professional development to learn and grow.
- Well-developed communication, administration and
interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to be able to
communicate complex IT issues to end users and management
in a way that makes them feel valued and respected.
- Committed Christian actively involved in a Church.
- Committed to the principles of Christian Schooling.
- Experience using helpdesk software and related ticket systems.
- Microsoft 365 administration portal experience.
- Adobe Portal experience.
