**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
**Time Fraction**:Part Time, 0.8 EFT.
**Location**:Chadstone, Moorabbin and Waverley campuses - onsite parking.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Contract of employment until 31 December 2025.

Holmesglen Vocational College offers a supportive environment where secondary students can complete their Years 11 and 12 through the VCE Vocational Major (VCE VM).

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified teacher to join our team at Holmesglen's Vocational College. In this role, you will:

- Develop differentiated learning materials to meet the needs of diverse students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance program delivery and student outcomes.
- Prepare students for future study and employment opportunities.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Four-year degree or postgraduate qualification in teaching leading to current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- Knowledge and/or experience of trauma-informed practice and pedagogies.
- Proven ability to engage and teach young and senior secondary students.
- A commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
- Strong skills in developing tailored learning materials for youth programs.
- A collaborative and student-centered approach to teaching.
