ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

We are gearing up for a new site mobilisation **mid-September** & are looking for reliable & experienced team members to join us in various hospitality & administration roles, **located Merotherie NSW**
- 14 days on / 7 days off roster
- Housekeepers, Kitchen hands, admins
- Drive in Drive Out - perfect for locals of Dubbo and surrounds

**The Position**

As a Hospitality Allrounder you will be assigned either in the Kitchen or housekeeping, & you could rotate if required.
- Housekeeping - cleaning rooms, bathrooms, common areas daily
- Kitchen - basic food prep, cleaning kitchen equipment, dishes, stock unloading, rubbish removal, dining room service
- Site Administrators - must have booking/admin experience
- Bar/ Retail - serving drinks, serving customers, till operations, cleaning/ restocking

**The Person**
- Must hold a White Card
- Previous experience in hospitality, cleaning or kitchen work
- Physically fit, reliable & a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and be flexible to work in all departments, including nightshift
- Ability to always follow safety policies & procedures.
- Comfortable undertaking a pre-employment medical/Drug screen at our cost
- Current drivers’ license and reliable transport for drive in drive out
