**Location**: Belmont & Cessnock (including Newcastle)
**Award**: SCHADS Level 2
**Shifts**: 2-6 hours (multiple shifts available)

**Own It - What You’ll Do**

As a Disability Support Worker with Lifestyle Solutions, you'll empower individuals to live independently at home and in the community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support clients with community access and participation
- Mentor and assist with hobbies, interests, and social skills
- Teach independent living tasks (cooking, cleaning, routines)
- Provide personal care (e.g. toileting, showering, feeding)
- Administer medication and complete documentation as required

- A current Driver’s Licence (essential)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate (HLTAID003)

- Qualifications in Disability or Community Services (desirable)
