**Role description**:
Arcadis is a world leader delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. Arcadis currently has over 29,000 employees in 70 different countries and provides world class training, professional development and work flexibility.

The Arcadis Energy & Resources team has secured a number of significant infrastructure projects and is seeking specialist electrical and lighting designers of all experience levels. Applicants will have the opportunity to be part of QLD’s major transportation projects and the development of new residential communities.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Complete site inspections and collect site data throughout QLD
- Prepare detailed design documentation complying with all relevant authority and Australian standards
- Use of relevant design software (Autocad, LVdrop, Perfect lite & AGI32)
- Coordinating directly with internal and external stakeholders
- Engaging in weekly project update meetings

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Experience with relevant design software
- Experienced with Energex &/or Ergon design standards and procedures
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

**Highly regarded (but not required) skills include**:

- Tertiary qualification in electrical &/or lighting design
- MIES Status
- RPEQ Status
